Monique is a healthcare management consulting executive with over 13 years of experience providing enterprise wide strategy and technology program management services to hospitals and health systems, commercial health plans, and hybrid healthcare organizations.
Monique holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from CSULB and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from USC. Monique also studied at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. During her graduate studies, Monique wrote a thesis which explored the determinants of depression among children and adolescents with Diabetes. Her thesis and academic contributions earned her recognition as part of the top 1% of graduate students at CSULB. Following her graduate program, Monique taught healthcare information systems to undergraduate students and continues today as a guest lecturer on the topic of healthcare quality improvement.
In her free time, Monique is an active volunteer for RAD (Rising Above Disabilities) camp, a dedicated yogi, a mentor to aspiring business professionals and is honored to raise 3 wonderful children with her husband.
